In your Area alone am sure there are up to 1000+ applicants or more just matters how populated the Area is. You can organise lectures for them on a fee while they await their exams.

next thing on your mind shud be to arrange with a School for space, you can agree on a certain fee, it wont be much, maybe around 20K or so.

After that you can spend 10K to do fliers for public awareness

Then once your venue is set, you charge 1000NGN per student

and if you get 100 Students you have 100K and so on, matters how effective your publicity is.

the 1000 can be for one months classes.

believe it or not, this is a nice way to raise capital to start a business, i know some that have up to 500 Students

Another TIP is make it free ( yes free)

but you can sell your handouts and past Question Papers to recoup your investments.
